On June 5, 2014, my good friend, Jud Starr, will be hosting the ALI CLE Criminal Enforcement of Environmental Crimes Conference in Washington, D.C. The conference has been put on annually for the last eighteen years or so and is one of the premier CLE programs on environmental criminal law.
