After the inspection is completed, make a written request for copies of any photographs, videotapes, sample analysis, and field reports filed by investigator. Ask for the return of all documents seized (if appropriate). Be persistent in getting copies.
When you get the field report, review it carefully. If any problems are identified, major or even minor, seek legal assistance. And, move to correct the problems. If there is no evidence of non-compliance, you will probably not hear a thing; however, if you do not hear a thing, do not assume no action is being taken behind the scenes.
