On March 21, 2012, John Tuma was found guilty on all five counts under the indictment (conspiracy, obstruction and three CWA counts).
The sentencing has been rescheduled from August 28, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. to October 5, 2012, at 2:30 p.m.
